The Cinema And Theatre Historical Society publishes the quarterly magazine CinemaRecord, which seeks to document Australian and New Zealand cinema and theatre history with articles on cinema histories, industry personalities, technical items, as well as photographs of theatres of the past.

Publication of CinemaRecord commenced in January 1994.

CATHS membership includes four editions of CinemaRecord per year.
